• Exchange or Return of products will only be accepted if you’ve received wrong / defective product.

• Unboxing video required in 360 degree full view to claim any issues. The product should be seen clearly in the video. Without unboxing video no complaints will be accepted.

• Exchange/ Return / Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product will only be accepted.

• Reverse pickup shipping charges will be applicable to the customer.
